WhatsApp Unveils New Call Menu for Easier Voice and Video Calls

WhatsApp is getting ready to make your calling experience simpler and more efficient! The app is testing a major update to its call menu that will make voice and video calls easier, especially for group chats. Spotted in the latest Android beta version (2.25.5.8), this redesign merges voice and video call buttons into one simple drop-down menu.
No more accidental calls or confusing steps! Instead of having separate buttons for voice and video calls, you’ll now tap a single menu next to the video icon. From there, you can quickly choose between a Voice Call, Video Call, or even select “More” to pick specific group members or generate a call link.

This update makes calling faster and reduces the risk of making embarrassing accidental calls. It’s perfect for anyone who wants a smoother, more controlled WhatsApp experience. Right now, only a small group of beta testers has access to this feature, but it will soon be available to everyone.
Disclaimer: As this feature is still in beta, it may change before the official release. Stay tuned to GadgetsHubWorld for the latest updates.
